    FOUNDER & CEO

    Zidon Everett

    CO-FOUNDER & CFO

    Zidon has extensive experience managing security personnel in homeless shelters and private organizations, where he has been responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of both staff and clients. His deep understanding of day-to-day shelter operations allows him to implement effective security protocols and maintain order. Zidon is skilled in managing emergency situations and ensuring a stable, secure environment for individuals in crisis.

    Beyond his role in security management, Zidon is committed to fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere for vulnerable populations. He works closely with shelter staff and security teams to create a collaborative approach to safety, ensuring that all residents feel protected and respected as they access the services they need.     Henry Bernard

    CHAIR, MEDICAL ADVISORY & SUPPORT

    Henry Bernard is a highly experienced military nurse with a specialization in emergency room (ER) management. With a distinguished career in the armed forces, he has provided critical care in high-stress environments, honing his skills in trauma care, emergency response, and leadership. Henry’s ability to manage complex healthcare situations under pressure has made him a trusted professional in both military and civilian settings. Currently, he serves as a nurse at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), where he is dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of veterans, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

    Henry’s vast experience in healthcare management, resource optimization, and crisis response makes him an invaluable asset to ZM Safe Haven. His expertise is crucial in shaping the organization’s healthcare strategies and ensuring the effectiveness of our programs.     PROGRAM DIRECTOR & COO
